§ 02
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
§ 03
NUMU provides an e-commerce platform that allows merchants to create online stores, manage products, process orders, and accept payments. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
§ 04
Transaction fees and subscription costs are outlined in your pricing plan. All monetary values are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payments are handled through PCI-compliant third-party processors (Paymob, Fawry).
§ 05
You retain ownership of all content you upload to your store. You are responsible for ensuring your products and content comply with Egyptian law. We may remove content that violates our policies.
§ 06
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.
§ 07
NUMU is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
