You can return any unused product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all tags attached and be free from signs of wear or use.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

For eligible returns, we arrange free pickup from your address. A courier will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time. For defective items, return shipping is always free.
§ 05
Personal care products, intimate accessories, items with removed tags or barcodes, and products that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Sale items marked as final sale are also excluded.
